Mobile Proxy Use Cases
The job decides the setup: how long an IP should stay put, how many lines you need and which country they sit in. Start from what you are doing, then open the page that covers it.
Live catalog: 8 countries in stock today, 23 in the catalog.
What each job needs from a line
Three settings separate one use case from another: how long a session holds one IP, when the IP changes and how many lines run side by side. The table gives starting points, not rules. Your platform and your volume decide the rest, and a 24-hour plan is the cheapest way to find out.
| Job | Session on one IP | When the IP changes | Lines | First plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scraping public pages | Minutes per batch | Between batches, or on a timer of 60 seconds or more | Add lines for parallel workers | 24 hours to measure throughput, then 7 or 30 days |
| Price, search and map monitoring | One check per location | Between checks if results look cached | One per country you track | 7 or 30 days, matching the schedule |
| Social and seller accounts | Hours to days on one IP | Rarely, and only between sessions | One per account, or per small group the platform allows | 24 hours to test logins, then 30 days |
| Ad verification | One session per check | Between checks, to get a fresh auction | One per market | 7 days per campaign check, or 30 days for ongoing work |
| Drops and ticket queues | The whole queue | Never during a queue | One per buyer account | 24 hours around the release |
| App and site QA | One test run | Between test cases when needed | One per market under test | 24 hours or 7 days per release |
| AI agents | One task | Between tasks, through the API or the MCP server | One per agent running at the same time | 24 hours to wire it up, then 30 days |

Rotation runs from the dashboard, the API, the line's rotation link or a timer, with at least 60 seconds between changes. A rotation link changes the IP on every request to it, link previews included, so keep it out of chat apps. To turn a use case into a line count and a price, try the proxy cost estimator.
Data collection
Collecting public data is a volume job: many short requests, spread over time and often over several countries. Sites that block hosting ranges usually let carrier traffic through at a polite rate, so the work is in pacing and parallel lines rather than in one perfect IP.
Web scraping
Public pages from sites that challenge hosting IPs, with rotation between batches.
Price monitoring
Shelf prices and stock by country and city, on a schedule.
SEO monitoring
Mobile rankings and results features as local searchers get them.
Google Maps data
Local map packs, listings and reviews, one city at a time.
Travel fare aggregation
Fares and hotel rates that change with the searcher's country.
Property research
Listings and price history from real estate portals.
AI visibility lab
How AI search answers mention a brand in each market.
Accounts and profiles
Account work is the opposite of scraping: few requests, long sessions and a high cost when something goes wrong. Each account should look like one person on one connection, so the line stays put for the whole session and accounts that must not be linked never share one.
Social media accounts
One steady IP per account or account group, across the main networks.
Multi-account management
Pairing each profile with its own device, browser profile and line.
Cloud phones
A carrier line per cloud phone, so each profile leaves the data center IP behind.
Jarvee
Running Jarvee account automation with one line per account group.
Affiliate marketing
Ad and tracker accounts for campaigns run from several countries.
Dating apps
Profile testing and research, and why GPS matters more than the IP.

eBay rules on several and linked accounts, and a setup for sellers who run more than one.
Reddit account warm-up
How Reddit judges new accounts, with a week-by-week plan and the mistakes to avoid.
How Instagram links multiple accounts
Device, network and behavior signals, what Instagram help pages say, and how to keep accounts apart.
TikTok shadowban

Why VPN and hosting IPs trip Ticketmaster checks and how Queue-it fits in.
Account warm-up checks
Warming new Instagram accounts and the checks that show it worked.
TikTok account warm-up
Publishing checks for new TikTok accounts.
Ads and brand checks
Ad platforms target by location and device, so the only way to see a campaign as a customer does is to load it from that customer's kind of connection. Verification work wants a fresh session per check; account management wants the opposite.
Ad verification
Confirm placements, creatives and landing pages by country.

Commerce, drops and markets
Stores, ticket sellers, bookmakers and crypto projects all judge sessions before they let money move. These pages explain how each one reads IPs and sessions, and how buyers and traders set up accounts on carrier lines.
E-commerce
Seller accounts, local prices and listings across marketplaces.
Sneaker releases

MetaMask multi-wallet setup
One browser profile and one line per wallet group.
Testing and QA
Testers need to reproduce what a user on a mobile network in another country gets: the app store listing, the install flow, the stream, the call quality. A line in the target market turns a guess into a repeatable test.

Regional QA for sites and apps on real carrier networks.
App install QA

AI agents
Agents that browse or call APIs meet the same bot defenses as scrapers, plus one more: they run from cloud hosts that sites already distrust. Giving the agent a line, and the tools to rotate it, is the part these pages cover.

Line types
Dedicated, rotating and 5G are not three products. They describe one line from three angles: who uses the device, how the IP changes and which network generation it runs on.
| Line type | What it means | Price today |
|---|---|---|
| Dedicated mobile proxies | One device with its own SIM, rented to one customer. Every Coronium line is this. | From $97 for 30 days per line |
| Rotating mobile proxies | The same dedicated line with the IP changed by button, API, rotation link or a timer of 60 seconds or more. | From $97 for 30 days per line |
| 5G mobile proxies | Lines on carrier entries the catalog lists as 5G. Most lines run on 4G LTE. | From $139 for 30 days per line |

Use case questions
Can one line serve several use cases?
Yes, when they want the same thing from the IP. Account logins and monitoring both like a steady address, so they can share a line. Scraping that rotates often belongs on its own line, so a timer never changes the IP under a logged-in session.
Do I need dedicated or rotating mobile proxies?
Every Coronium line is dedicated: one device with its own SIM, rented to one customer. Rotation is a setting on that line. Keep one IP for days, or change it from the dashboard, through the API, with the rotation link or on a timer of 60 seconds or more. Some device types rotate on request only, and Brazil lines have no timer.
How many lines does a setup need?
Count the accounts that must never be linked and the tasks that run at the same time; the larger number is a fair first estimate. The proxy cost estimator turns a use case into a line count and a price from the live catalog.
Are there uses that are not allowed?
Yes: fraud, spam and illegal activity are not allowed on Coronium lines.
