Define the outcome before following a warm-up schedule

If the goal is publishing, verify account access, audience settings and the delivery method. The fact that your For You feed now matches your niche does not prove that your uploads have acquired a special trust status.

Make the account recoverable before connecting tools

TikTok’s account safety guidance describes Security checkup, verified contact methods, two-step verification, trusted-device review and passkeys. Use the controls available to the account and confirm that its owner can complete a normal login and recovery step.

For a team, assign responsibility for content approval, connected applications and recovery. Keep authentication material in the service’s supported credential storage. A content assistant needs the brief and approved material; it does not need recovery codes in its prompt.

Check which account is active before authorizing a scheduler. Record the tool name and permissions so the owner can identify the integration later. Completing these checks provides operational readiness, not a measured reduction in TikTok’s private risk score.

Check the first publication from draft to visibility

Prepare an original post with a clear intended audience. Check the media, caption, permissions and account selection before sending it. After publication, confirm the returned result and the post’s visibility settings rather than assuming that a successful upload made it publicly available.

Keep an incident record with the timestamp, tool, post identifier if available and exact result. Do not copy access tokens or private account data into shared reports. If the post is missing, first distinguish a draft, pending processing, private audience or an explicit platform notice.

A status check is evidence about the issues the platform displays. It does not expose every ranking signal or promise a view count. If the platform supplies a content-specific reason or appeal action, use that route with accurate information.

The English help pages were available through indexed official text during this review, while some direct automated fetches failed. Check API-client restrictions before blaming the account

TikTok’s Direct Post setup guide requires an approved application scope and authorization from the target user. It also says content from unaudited API clients is restricted to private viewing. An HTTP success from a test integration therefore does not demonstrate public distribution.

The Content Sharing Guidelines, updated August 4, 2026, describe audit requirements and intended use. They explicitly exclude a private utility limited to uploading for accounts you or your team manages. Do not assume a custom internal uploader will qualify for audit simply because its requests work.

For a supported publishing integration, verify its authorization and the posting options it exposes. Preserve returned platform errors, limit retries and check status before submitting the same post again. If you operate an n8n workflow, its network configuration and the TikTok app’s permissions are separate requirements. A proxy cannot grant a missing API scope or remove an unaudited client’s visibility limit.

Review AI-generated media before publishing

AI drafting tools can help outline a video or revise a caption. Review the final asset for accuracy, permissions and the disclosure it needs. Keep the source of generated images, audio and video in the production record so the publisher can make that decision deliberately.

TikTok’s AI-generated content guidance requires labelling realistic AI-generated images, audio and video. The page also explains automatic labels and content that remains prohibited even when labelled. A disclosure is not permission to publish any synthetic impersonation or misleading claim.

Do not turn an AI assistant into an unattended engagement generator. Give a publishing worker a bounded job, an approved asset and a known destination account. Check the response and require review when the result is ambiguous. Neither an assistant’s confidence nor a third-party warm-up score demonstrates that TikTok has approved an account.

Use proxy diagnostics only where the evidence points to routing

A failed connection deserves a connection check. Verify the route used by the actual browser, app or worker and compare the observed error with the account-status evidence. The public-IP tool can identify a browser’s visible address, but it cannot read TikTok’s private recommendation decisions.

Changing a proxy will not correct a private audience setting, grant API permission or decide an appeal. If your team uses separate network endpoints for authorized workflows, document which process uses each endpoint.
