Mobile Proxies for Twitch
Twitch treats viewbotting as malicious conduct, and its limits follow accounts, not IPs. Lines fit channel teams, moderation bots and checks by country.
Lines in stock today in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil and Poland start at $7 for 24 hours and $97 for 30 days, per dedicated line.

Twitch rules that matter here
Short answer
Use a line to give a channel team, a moderation bot or a regional check one steady carrier connection in the right country. Do not use lines to add viewers, follows or chat activity: Twitchโs Community Guidelines treat viewbotting as malicious conduct, and its API and chat limits are counted per app and per user account, so extra IPs would not change them anyway.
Twitchโs guidelines and developer documentation, in our words:
Viewbotting is malicious conduct
The Community Guidelines group viewbotting with spam, scams and other malicious conduct that misleads viewers, creators and advertisers. They also recognise that some streamers are victims of viewbotting directed by someone else.

API limits are per app and per user
The Twitch API uses a token bucket per client ID, with a separate bucket for user requests applied per client ID per user per minute. An empty bucket returns HTTP 429, and the Ratelimit headers say when it resets.

Chat limits are per account
A bot on a regular account may send 20 messages per 30 seconds, or 100 where it is the broadcaster, a moderator or a VIP, and otherwise one message per second per channel. Go over and Twitch ignores the botโs messages for an hour.

Limits follow the bot account
If ten people run the same bot account, all ten share its limit. Each separate bot account has a limit of its own.

A cap on joined channels
One user account can join up to 100 chat rooms at a time, a limit set on 15 May 2024. Joins as broadcaster or moderator, and channels that authorised the bot, do not count.

EventSub and the API come first
Twitch names EventSub and the Twitch API as the preferred way to read and send chat, with IRC kept for older integrations.

Legitimate uses for a Twitch line
Twitch is open about the abuse it fights. View-bots, follow-bots and fake chat fall under the malicious conduct rules in its Community Guidelines. Nothing on this page adds viewers or followers.
Moderator and bot accounts. A moderation bot on a cloud server reaches Twitch from a hosting range. Moving it to a dedicated line gives the bot account an ordinary carrier connection in the channelโs country, the same every day. Its message limits do not change; they belong to the account and its moderator status.
Regional checks. Channel teams, sponsors and advertisers want to see what a viewer in another country sees: whether a stream plays, which ads run before it and how the directory reads in that language. A logged-out browser on a line in that country shows exactly that.
Multi-channel teams. An agency that manages several creatorsโ channels can give each channelโs dashboard work its own line and profile, so one channelโs sign-in history never mixes with anotherโs.
More IPs do not mean more throughput
On many sites, request limits follow the IP address, so people assume more IPs means more capacity. Twitch counts differently. The API bucket is per client ID, or per client ID and user, and chat limits are per user account. Ten lines running one bot account still share one bucket.
That is good news for honest tools: the limits are documented and predictable. Build the bot to read the Ratelimit headers, queue its messages, and use EventSub instead of polling, as the chat documentation recommends. The lineโs job is consistency, not volume.

Recommended setup for Twitch
One line per bot account or channel team. Official APIs, documented limits.
Decide what the line is for
A bot account, a channelโs dashboard work, or regional checks. Give each job its own line so their histories never mix.
Pick the country
The channelโs home country for bots and dashboards; the target country for regional checks.
Point the bot through the line
Set the line as the HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy for the botโs HTTP client and WebSocket connection, with the Connection IP, port, Username and Password from Your Proxies.
Use EventSub and the API
Read chat through EventSub and send through the Send Chat Message API, as Twitch recommends. Honour 429 responses and the Ratelimit-Reset header.
Keep the IP steady
Rotation timer off for bots and dashboards. A bot that reconnects from a new IP every few minutes looks unstable.
Stay logged out for regional checks
Use a clean browser profile on a line in the target country, and record what plays and which ads show, with the time.
Symptoms, causes and fixes
Twitch errors are usually limits doing their job.
| What you see | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| HTTP 429 from the Twitch API | The client IDโs bucket is empty for this minute. | Wait for Ratelimit-Reset and spread calls out. A new IP does not refill the bucket. |
| Bot messages stop appearing | The bot went over its chat limit, and Twitch ignores its messages for an hour. | Queue messages under 20 per 30 seconds, or make the bot a moderator where the broadcaster agrees. |
| The bot cannot join more channels | The account reached the 100-room join limit. | Ask broadcasters to authorise the bot; authorised channels do not count toward the limit. |
| A stream will not play in a test country | The line is in a different country than you think, or the content is restricted there. | Check the lineโs country in the dashboard and test again logged out. |
| The bot disconnects often | The IP changes under it, or the lineโs signal drops. | Turn the timer off, reconnect with backoff, and replace a line that keeps dropping. |
| The viewer count drops sharply | Twitch removed artificial viewers, possibly sent by someone else. | Report suspected viewbotting to Twitch. Nothing on the network side fixes it. |
HTTP 429 from the Twitch API

The bot cannot join more channels
Likely cause: The account reached the 100-room join limit.
What to do: Ask broadcasters to authorise the bot; authorised channels do not count toward the limit.
A stream will not play in a test country
Likely cause: The line is in a different country than you think, or the content is restricted there.
What to do: Check the lineโs country in the dashboard and test again logged out.
The bot disconnects often
Likely cause: The IP changes under it, or the lineโs signal drops.
What to do: Turn the timer off, reconnect with backoff, and replace a line that keeps dropping.
The viewer count drops sharply
Likely cause: Twitch removed artificial viewers, possibly sent by someone else.
What to do: Report suspected viewbotting to Twitch. Nothing on the network side fixes it.

Regional ad checks can run on 24-hour lines in each target country, bought only when a campaign needs checking.
Worked out from the live catalog when this page was built. Data on dedicated lines is not metered, so the price does not change with traffic. Orders of 10 or more lines get 10% off and 25 or more get 15% off, as a code on request from hello@coronium.io. Carriers and regions for this country are on the United States mobile proxies page.
What a proxy cannot fix
A line gives a Twitch account a steady place to connect from. Everything Twitch counts is counted elsewhere.
Viewers and follows
Lines do not add audience. Viewbotting breaks Twitchโs rules, and we do not support it.
API limits
Counted per app and per user account, never per IP.
Chat limits
Moderator status raises a botโs chat limit. A proxy does not.
Enforcement
Suspensions follow the account.
Broadcasting
Stream from your own connection. A proxy line is not a broadcast uplink.
Content rights
Regional availability set by rights holders stays as it is. Checks only tell you what viewers see.
Twitch proxy questions
Can I use proxies to increase Twitch viewers?
No. Twitchโs Community Guidelines treat viewbotting as malicious conduct. We do not support it, and no setup on this page adds viewers or follows.
Do more IPs give a Twitch bot more messages?
No. Chat limits are per user account: 20 messages per 30 seconds for a regular account and 100 for broadcaster, moderator or VIP accounts. If several people run one bot account, they share its limit.
Why put a moderation bot on a mobile line?
To give the bot account one ordinary, steady connection in the channelโs country instead of a hosting range. It is about consistency, not volume.
How do I check Twitch ads in another country?
Open Twitch logged out in a clean browser profile on a line in that country and watch the start of a stream, noting which ads play and when.
What does a Twitch line cost?
Lines in stock today in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil and Poland start at $7 for 24 hours and $97 for 30 days, per dedicated line. A bot line and a channel-team line cost twice the per-line price.
Should the IP rotate for Twitch?
Not for bots and channel dashboards, where a steady IP matters. Regional checks can rotate between sessions, with at least 60 seconds between changes.
