Orange Romania runs the largest Romanian mobile network and, since 2021, also controls the former Telekom Romania fixed business. After the Telekom Romania mobile business was split between Vodafone and Digi in October 2025, Orange is one of three networks left. The market context below covers that deal and the IPv6 picture.
Every Romanian line is rented right now. The plans stay listed so you can see which carrier and periods are sold, and the stock badge at the top of the page switches to in stock as soon as a line can be ordered again. Until then the price tiles read "Coming soon - email hello@coronium.io".
If you need Romanian lines on a date, email hello@coronium.io with the carrier, the number of lines and the period. Poland and Germany are the nearest locations with larger stock, and their pages show which carriers are in stock today. The Moldova page covers the other Romanian-speaking market in the catalog.
Romanian mobile was rearranged twice in four years. Orange took control of the Telekom Romania fixed business in 2021, and in October 2025 the Telekom Romania mobile business was split between Vodafone and Digi. Three networks remain: Orange, Vodafone and Digi. The catalog lists lines on Orange Romania.

Mobile carriers give most phones a private IPv4 address and share a small pool of public IPv4 addresses between them through carrier-grade NAT, so one public address is used by many ordinary subscribers at once. IPv6 gives each phone its own public address, and how far a network has moved to it changes what a website sees.
APNIC Labs, the research arm of the regional internet registry for Asia and the Pacific, measures the share of users who can reach the internet over IPv6. For Romania it found about 33% over the 30 days to 29 October 2026, against about 29% a year earlier.
Most of Romania's IPv6 traffic comes from Digi. Orange sits at about a quarter of users and Vodafone in single digits, so most Orange subscribers reach websites from a shared IPv4 address behind carrier-grade NAT.
These figures describe the carrier networks and their subscribers. They are not a statement about the protocol of your proxy connection: every line is sold with HTTP and SOCKS5 access.
