Polish carriers and regions

The carriers in stock right now are Orange, Plus, T-Mobile and Play, and the lines are in Warsaw, Lodz, Zielona Gora and Szczecin. Other Polish carriers in the catalog are shown with an out-of-stock badge and their listed prices.

Region names are shown exactly as the catalog lists them. Any Polish carrier IP is treated as Polish by local platforms, so the region matters only for location-sensitive tasks.

Working with Polish platforms

Polish marketplaces and classifieds such as Allegro and OLX expect Polish visitors. A Polish mobile IP shows local prices and listings and fits accounts registered in Poland.

All prices are in USD. Plans run for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days where the carrier offers them.

Mobile networks in Poland

Poland has four national networks of broadly similar size: Orange, Play, Plus and T-Mobile. Play has belonged to the French Iliad group since 2020 and added the cable operator UPC Polska in 2022, so all four now sell mobile alongside fixed service. Each won a 100 MHz block of 5G spectrum in 2023.

Regulator: Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).

How Polish networks hand out IP addresses

Mobile carriers give most phones a private IPv4 address and share a small pool of public IPv4 addresses between them through carrier-grade NAT, so one public address is used by many ordinary subscribers at once. IPv6 gives each phone its own public address, and how far a network has moved to it changes what a website sees.

APNIC Labs, the research arm of the regional internet registry for Asia and the Pacific, measures the share of users who can reach the internet over IPv6. For Poland it found about 20% over the 30 days to 29 October 2026, against about 18% a year earlier.

Poland is among the least IPv6-ready countries in this catalog, and three of its four mobile networks measured under 1%. Phones on Play, Plus or T-Mobile reach websites from shared IPv4 addresses behind carrier-grade NAT. Orange's figure blends its large fixed network with mobile.

These figures describe the carrier networks and their subscribers. They are not a statement about the protocol of your proxy connection: every line is sold with HTTP and SOCKS5 access.

What the catalog shows for Poland

Each row is a carrier listed in the live catalog, with its stock state, the list price of each plan length it is sold on and the regions where a line can be ordered today. Out-of-stock rows keep their list prices for reference; they cannot be bought until a line returns. OpenVPN and other line features are confirmed from the lines in stock, so they appear here again when lines return.
