An Italian carrier IP fits accounts registered in Italy and shows the prices, listings and search results an Italian phone user sees.

Mobile networks in Italy

Italy has four mobile networks: TIM, Fastweb + Vodafone, WindTre and Iliad. Swisscom bought Vodafone Italia at the end of 2024 and merged it with Fastweb, and Iliad, the youngest network, has been in the market since 2018. The catalog lists lines on WindTre and Iliad.

How Italian networks hand out IP addresses

Mobile carriers give most phones a private IPv4 address and share a small pool of public IPv4 addresses between them through carrier-grade NAT, so one public address is used by many ordinary subscribers at once. IPv6 gives each phone its own public address, and how far a network has moved to it changes what a website sees.

APNIC Labs, the research arm of the regional internet registry for Asia and the Pacific, measures the share of users who can reach the internet over IPv6. For Italy it found about 19% over the 30 days to 29 October 2026, against about 17% a year earlier.

Fewer than one in five Italian users can reach sites over IPv6. WindTre is the exception at about 44%, while TIM's mobile network is close to zero, so most Italian mobile traffic reaches websites from shared IPv4 addresses behind carrier-grade NAT.

These figures describe the carrier networks and their subscribers. They are not a statement about the protocol of your proxy connection: every line is sold with HTTP and SOCKS5 access.

What the catalog shows for Italy

Each row is a carrier listed in the live catalog, with its stock state, the list price of each plan length it is sold on and the regions where a line can be ordered today. Out-of-stock rows keep their list prices for reference; they cannot be bought until a line returns. OpenVPN and other line features are confirmed from the lines in stock, so they appear here again when lines return.
