Indonesian carriers in the catalog

The catalog lists Indonesian lines on XL. None is in stock today, but the carrier card above keeps the listed plan lengths visible so you can see what will be sold when lines return.

XL has run inside XLSmart since its merger with Smartfren in April 2025, so an XL line sits on the merged network rather than the old XL one. The Indonesian market context further down explains how that network compares with Telkomsel and Indosat, including how many of its users already have IPv6.

When Indonesia lines return

Every Indonesian line is rented right now. The plans stay listed so you can see which carrier and periods are sold, and the stock badge at the top of the page switches to in stock as soon as a line can be ordered again. Until then the price tiles read "Coming soon - email hello@coronium.io".

If you need Indonesian lines on a date, email hello@coronium.io with the carrier, the number of lines and the period. The Singapore page is the nearest location in the same region, and it shows whether Singapore lines are in stock today. The Thailand page covers the other South-East Asian carrier in the catalog.

Mobile networks in Indonesia

Telkomsel, controlled by state-owned Telkom Indonesia, leads the market. Both challengers came out of mergers: Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, formed at the start of 2022, and XLSmart, the April 2025 combination of XL Axiata with Smartfren. The catalog lists lines on XL, which now runs inside XLSmart.

Regulator: Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi).

How Indonesian networks hand out IP addresses

Mobile carriers give most phones a private IPv4 address and share a small pool of public IPv4 addresses between them through carrier-grade NAT, so one public address is used by many ordinary subscribers at once. IPv6 gives each phone its own public address, and how far a network has moved to it changes what a website sees.

APNIC Labs, the research arm of the regional internet registry for Asia and the Pacific, measures the share of users who can reach the internet over IPv6. For Indonesia it found about 29% over the 30 days to 29 October 2026, against about 18% a year earlier.

The jump of about 11 points in a year is one of the fastest in this catalog, but fewer than a third of Indonesian users can reach sites over IPv6, so most mobile traffic still arrives from shared IPv4 addresses behind carrier-grade NAT. The gap between networks is large: Telkomsel is past half, XL sits around two in five, and Indosat is in single digits.

These figures describe the carrier networks and their subscribers. They are not a statement about the protocol of your proxy connection: every line is sold with HTTP and SOCKS5 access.

Where an Indonesian carrier IP matters

  • Shopee and Tokopedia

Both marketplaces tailor promotions, courier options and delivery estimates to where the shopper is, so a price audit run from abroad misses what Indonesian buyers are offered.

  • Lazada and Blibli

Flash sales and stock shown to Indonesian shoppers often differ from what a foreign IP sees.

  • Google search and Maps in Bahasa Indonesia

Map packs, local ads and Indonesian-language results depend on the searcher being in the country, which a foreign connection cannot reproduce.

  • GoPay, OVO and DANA checkouts

Payment pages often pick the wallets they list from the visitor country; an Indonesian carrier IP shows whether GoPay, OVO and DANA appear before real customers arrive.

What the catalog shows for Indonesia

Each row is a carrier listed in the live catalog, with its stock state, the list price of each plan length it is sold on and the regions where a line can be ordered today. Out-of-stock rows keep their list prices for reference; they cannot be bought until a line returns. OpenVPN and other line features are confirmed from the lines in stock, so they appear here again when lines return.
