M1 lines in stock today are in Singapore. Each line is one physical device with its own M1 SIM, rented to one customer, so the IP is a Singapore carrier address that only you use.

M1 builds 5G together with StarHub through their joint network company and competes with it at retail. Of the two Singapore carriers in the catalog, M1 has the slightly higher IPv6 share in the APNIC figures, though most of its users still reach websites over shared IPv4.
M1 is majority owned by Keppel. A sale of the M1 telco business to Simba, the fourth Singapore network, was signed in August 2025 at an enterprise value of about 1.43 billion Singapore dollars. It did not complete. The regulator paused its assessment in May 2026 to investigate how Simba had been using radio frequencies, and Keppel allowed the agreement to expire. Keppel has said it still means to sell M1 later, after a round of cost cutting.
For a line in the catalog, none of this changes the network: an M1 line runs on M1's own mobile network with an M1 SIM.
Shopee, Lazada and Carousell all check where a Singapore account connects from. A local carrier IP also helps when checking regional campaigns that launch in Singapore first.
Credentials come as HTTP and SOCKS5 in the dashboard. Change the IP with the dashboard button, the API, the rotation link or a timer set to 60 seconds or more.
Majority owned by Keppel, which kept the business when the planned sale to Simba was abandoned in May 2026. M1 shares 5G infrastructure with StarHub through their joint venture. Catalog lines labelled M1 run here. Source: Techgoondu, 19 May 2026.
APNIC Labs measured about 28% of users on this network (AS4773) as IPv6-capable over the 30 days to 29 October 2026, against about 22% for Singapore as a whole. Only about a fifth of Singapore users can reach sites over IPv6, low for such a connected market. Singtel mobile and M1 both measure under a third, so phones on either usually reach websites from a shared IPv4 address. Simba is the outlier at close to 60%.
These figures describe the carrier networks and their subscribers. They are not a statement about the protocol of your proxy connection: every line is sold with HTTP and SOCKS5 access.
The other networks, the regulator and local platforms are covered on the page for Singapore mobile proxies.
