Singtel lines in stock today are in Singapore. Each line is one physical device with its own Singtel SIM, rented to one customer, so the IP is a Singapore carrier address that only you use.

Carrier page: SingtelSingtel has lines in stock in Singapore. 30 days: From $119.
Singtel is the former incumbent and holds one of the two nationwide 5G licences on its own; the other is shared by StarHub and M1. Its mobile network runs as a separate AS from Singtel fibre, so a Singtel line is mobile traffic in the eyes of a website, not home broadband.
The catalog lists two Singapore carriers, Singtel and M1. Both are mostly IPv4 for mobile users, with M1 a little ahead on IPv6 in the APNIC figures. The M1 page covers the lapsed sale of M1 to Simba; Singtel's ownership has not changed. The table further down shows both with live prices, OpenVPN and the p0f setting.
Shopee and Carousell both started in Singapore, and Lazada runs a large Singapore store, so local vouchers, shipping options and account checks assume a Singapore connection. Many APAC campaigns launch in Singapore first, which makes a local carrier IP useful for ad checks across the region.
Credentials come as HTTP and SOCKS5 in the dashboard. Change the IP with the dashboard button, the API, the rotation link or a timer set to 60 seconds or more.

APNIC Labs measured about 21% of users on this network (AS45143) as IPv6-capable over the 30 days to 29 October 2026, against about 22% for Singapore as a whole. Only about a fifth of Singapore users can reach sites over IPv6, low for such a connected market. Singtel mobile and M1 both measure under a third, so phones on either usually reach websites from a shared IPv4 address. Simba is the outlier at close to 60%.
These figures describe the carrier networks and their subscribers. They are not a statement about the protocol of your proxy connection: every line is sold with HTTP and SOCKS5 access.
The other networks, the regulator and local platforms are covered on the page for Singapore mobile proxies.
The same live data as the carrier cards, side by side: price per line for each plan length, whether every line in stock has OpenVPN and the p0f setting, and the regions in stock. A carrier without a line today shows its stock label and list prices for reference instead of a buy price.
